Refund policy

Because everything we sell is a digital download, all sales are final — once the files are yours, they're yours, and we can't exactly take them back.

That said, we want you happy. If your download won't open, a file is missing, or you accidentally bought the same card twice, email us within 30 days and we'll fix it — replacement files, a swap, or a refund where it's clearly our mistake. If you bought a card and it just didn't make you smile, tell us that too. We're small, we're human, and we answer our email.

Purchases are for personal use: print and send as many as you like to actual humans you actually know. Reselling, redistributing, or uploading the files anywhere public isn't allowed and isn't refundable either.
