How does this work? Nothing ships?

Correct — nothing ships. Every card is an instant digital download. After checkout you'll get a download link by email with your full kit: a print-ready 5×7" PDF (front + inside), a high-res JPG, and phone-sized versions for texting or Instagram Stories.

How do I print it?

Three ways: (1) At home — print the PDF at 100% scale on cardstock. (2) At a photo lab or print shop — upload the JPG and order a 5×7 print. (3) Skip printing entirely and text the digital version. It pairs with a standard A7 envelope (5.25×7.25") if you're going full analog.

Can I send the card digitally?

Absolutely — that's half the point. The kit includes a "send this" version sized for texts and DMs, plus a full-screen Story version. The moment is happening now; your card can too.

What's your refund policy?

Digital products are final sale, but if your files won't open, something's missing, or you bought a duplicate by accident, email us within 30 days and we'll make it right.

Can I resell or share the files?

The cards are for personal use — print and send as many as you like to people you actually know. Please don't resell, redistribute, or upload them anywhere public. Be kind, be honest, be funny.

I didn't get my download email.

Check spam first (it happens to the best of us), then email us and we'll re-send it right away.

Do you take card requests?

We love them. If there's a very specific situation that deserves a very specific card, tell us — the best ideas come from real life.
